Ștergerea datelor contului

Pe site-ul nostru (rqmcert.ro) vă puteți autentifica prin mai multe metode: Facebook Login, Google Login sau cont creat direct cu adresă de email și parolă. În toate cazurile, datele colectate sunt limitate la informații de bază (nume, adresă de email și, în cazul login-urilor sociale, ID-ul unic furnizat de platforma respectivă).

Dacă doriți ștergerea datelor asociate contului dvs., aveți la dispoziție următoarele opțiuni:

1. Trimiteți un email la office@rqmcert.ro cu subiectul „Ștergere cont” și indicați adresa de email utilizată la autentificare.
2. Completați formularul de contact de pe site, menționând clar că solicitați ștergerea contului.

Cererea dvs. va fi procesată în termen de maximum 30 de zile calendaristice. După ștergere, veți primi o confirmare prin email.

Detalii specifice:

• Facebook Login: vom șterge numele, emailul și ID-ul asociat contului dvs. Facebook.
• Google Login: vom șterge numele, emailul și ID-ul asociat contului dvs. Google.
• Cont creat cu email: vom șterge numele și adresa de email asociate contului, precum și datele generate în platformă.

Notă: Ștergerea datelor poate duce la imposibilitatea accesării contului și a istoricului asociat (cursuri, comenzi, înscrieri).

Account Data Deletion

On our website (rqmcert.ro), you can log in using different methods: Facebook Login, Google Login, or a standard account created with email and password. In all cases, the data collected is limited to basic information (name, email address, and, for social logins, the unique ID provided by the respective platform).

If you would like to request deletion of your account data, you can do so through the following options:

1. Send an email to office@rqmcert.ro with the subject line “Account Deletion,” specifying the email address used during login.
2. Use the contact form on our website and clearly indicate that you are requesting account deletion.

Your request will be processed within 30 calendar days. Once the deletion is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Specific details:

• Facebook Login: we will delete your name, email, and the Facebook ID associated with your account.
• Google Login: we will delete your name, email, and the Google ID associated with your account.
• Email & Password accounts: we will delete your name, email, and any data generated in the platform.

Note: Deleting your data may result in the loss of access to your account and its associated history (courses, purchases, enrollments).
