CSR General Motors (GM) Overview
The new version of General Motors Customer Specific Requirements ensures quality, reliability, and ethical practices across the supply chain.
The course will address the GM requirements, aligned with IATF 16949, starting from the context of the organization, leadership, planning, and support, up to operations, performance evaluation, and improvement. Participants will also gain a deep understanding of GM’s expectations for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and supplier compliance.
